Privacy Policy
Your property information stays private to your account. We do not sell your personal or property data.
What we store
PropertyStory stores the information you choose to add: your account details, the properties you create, and the history, equipment, warranties, contractors, maintenance tasks, documents and photos you record against them.
Who can see it
Your records are visible only to you and to anyone you deliberately invite to a property, at the access level you choose. Documents and photos are kept in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived links created for someone who already has access.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal or property data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the service: hosting and database, email delivery for reminders you have enabled, payment processing for paid plans, and a document-reading service used only when you ask PropertyStory to read a file you upload. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your records at any time, export your data from Settings, turn reminders on or off, and close your account. Deleting a property removes its records.
