Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use PropertyStory. In plain language, here is what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Your account
You need an account to save records. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has access.
Your content
The records, documents and photos you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the service can work, and to process them when you ask PropertyStory to read a document for you.
Plans and payment
The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling keeps your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for; after that the account returns to Free. Your records are not deleted when a plan ends, though anything above the Free limits becomes read-only.
Acceptable use
Do not use PropertyStory to store unlawful content, to break into other people's accounts, or to disrupt the service for others.
Availability
We work to keep PropertyStory available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; you can export your data at any time.
